Chapter 1

CHAPTER 1

  

 1. And it came to pass, in the thirty-first day, in the eighth month of the 2018th year, that I saw visions and revelations from the Lord.

2. And it came to pass, that I heard I voice from heaven, saying “The Lord works in mysterious ways”.

3. Being struck by the profundity of the revelation, I fell on my knees.

4. Then I heard another voice, as the sound of many trumpets, say unto me “God turns a mess into a message.

5 “Therefore go ye hence from here, for I love you and I have a wonderful plan for your life.”

6. And I answered and said “whence shall I go?” and the voice said unto me “Trust your feelings. Go where you feel led to go.”

7. Then I answered and said “Master, I feel led to sit in this chair.” And the voice answered again unto me, and said “Sit not on this chair.

8. “For behold, I fashion for you a green couch, so that the scripture might be fulfilled which says ‘Behold, you are beautiful, my beloved, truly delightful. Our couch is green’.”

9. Then said I “well, can you at least hurry up and make this couch? I’m gettin’ real tired of prostrating here.”

10. And the voice answered me yet again, saying “As you wish”. And behold, a green couch appeared in my room, delightful to sit on.  

11. And behold, my eyelids became heavy with slumber, and I passed into a deep sleep.
